the state of north carolina also does not require stations to mark gas as ethanol-enhanced..the way i found the two stores i buy ethanol free gas from was when i happened to see one of the tankers at a local store-the driver wouldn't tell me if was E10 (it was), so i found their number in the phone book, and called them..i didn't expect any co-operation, but the lady who answered my call said she also shared my concern-she didn't want ethanol in her car either..when i told her where i was located, she gave me the names of two stores in my area that are ethanol free..one store is unbranded, and the other one is a shell store-they even have a huge "NO ETHANOL" banner hanging beside the highway...my 1999 grand prix got 31 mpg two weeks ago when i went to duke university, about 65 miles one way, mostly all interstate-it never did that with ethanol....around town is a diffy story tho-i'm happy with 16-18 mpg..thanx for asking, and have a good nite..
